Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://mushroomfarmacampo.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service Description. This Site describes Mushroom Farm, Oyster Mushrooms, Shiitake Mushrooms, Lions Mane Mushrooms, Gourmet Mushroom Farm, Fresh Mushroom Delivery, Specialty Mushroom Grower, Organic Mushroom Farm provided by Fungi Fresh Farms LLC. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Fungi Fresh Farms LLC or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.

Termination. Fungi Fresh Farms LLC may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

No Warranties. Fungi Fresh Farms LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Fungi Fresh Farms LLC arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Fungi Fresh Farms LLC against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of CA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in CA.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
